"Healthy lifestyle", not a "diet"
For me, living a healthy lifestyle is about balancing physical activity with healthy eating and the right amount of rest and sleep. Everyone has a different body type with different genetics and metabolisms, but we can all benefit from eating whole foods. I never have trouble making the time to workout, but it wasn't until I became a Coach that I learned more about nutrition. By eating whole foods and avoiding processed foods, I noticed an improvement in my workouts, my waistline and overall well being. If you are just getting started on changing your eating habits, I highly recommend starting a food diary, not only tracking your food intake, but your protein/carbohydrate/fat breakdown as well.
